Passion for Pinterest, Angel Numbers, and Inception?

Hiyaaaaa there! Week 6... hanging on by a thread! But we'll make it, right?

I asked you guys a question as if I'd be getting a response back... lol umm ok.

Anywhooo... omg it's 11:11! I need to make a wish hold that thought. Made it! Okay haha, I have this weird thing I do where I have to pause and kind of manifest something anytime I see an angel number... does it work? The world may never know. But I still do it for funsies! As I was saying... today we shall speak about Diigo, Web 2.0 tools, and blogging! Woah I'm currently blogging and I'm about to blog about blogging... INCEPTION AT ITS FINEST.

Okay 1st contestant is Diigo! Funnily enough I had never heard a peep about this website until it was mentioned in class... in my opinion I don't know why it seems a bit... ancient to me... for lack of better words hahaha! I don't know! I feel like it looks like a website my dad would use for his job as an Information Technology Consultant... and you can see that the name of his profession just speaks for itself. I was a bit confuzzled at first, but once I started to use it a bit more I kinda got the hag of it! I was in a bit of pickle with the highlight and stuff but then I realized I had to install an extension and that fixed everything haha! I had no issues posting anything at all, and I think overall it's actually a pretty nifty class resource! I feel like something like Edmodo would truly be a lot easier for students to use since it's something we're more familiarized with... but Diigo works too!

Second contestant is blogging! I'm blogging about blogging! Inception WOOoOOOoO! Honestly, if you couldn't already tell... I enjoy myself a lot on here :D I love to ramble a lot, but usually I have nobody to ramble to but my family members who are probably sick of me, my best friend who I haven't seen in 2, almost 3 months (shoutout to my main man Covid yeahh!) and if you count the conversations I have with my Harry Styles cardboard cutout, then sure. Just kidding, I'm not crazy lol. Maybe... * insert nervous laugh* BUT in all seriousness, it's quite refreshing to do these things, sure we have assigned topics to speak about but I always somehow find a way to incorporate my daily life into my posts! SOOO in turn you get to here about my fascinating ventures! That was a joke. I haven't left my house in over a month... but that's my point! These blog assignments are fun to me because I actually love journaling, so innately, blogging comes quite naturally, and I really like it! It's like youtubing... but in writing! Might just start my own blog for fun who knows!

And for third we have.... drumroll please! Web 2.0 tools! Now... unless you live under a rock... which is highly unlikely, but hey you never know, and I don't judge... you would know about Pinterest! And if you don't live under a rock... and you don't know about nor have Pinterest, I'm sorry but... WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR LIFE. Pinterest is the absolute BEST place to be. It's my comfort app, and just so happens to be one of the most revolutionary tools ever. Creativity. Inspiration. Ideas. You get to organize all of your interests into different sections and keep it super nice and neat. If I were a teacher I'd continue to use this app like I do 24/7. You can find anything and everything on there! Without a doubt, 10 out of 10! Bless the CEO!!!

And that's all we have for today folks!

Passion for Pinterest, Angel Numbers, and Inception. What a weird combo eh? Well my blogs aren't exactly normal are they? So I guess you could say it meshes well!

Okay! Until next week! BYEEEEEE STAY COOL!

What the heck is a quaranTEEN?!

Hello there! My name is Paola and I'm a quaranTEEN, unfortunately. "A quaranTEEN?" you may ask... yes, precisely. It's pretty self-explanatory, unless you've been living under a rock for the past 10 months. I'm nineteen years old, and just when my life was about to get started... Covid decided to ruin most of everything we loved or were looking forward to... for me it was seeing Harry Styles in concert, prom night, graduation... OH and ummm going to college perhaps? Yes, I've been stuck at home this whole time, and I have yet to actually go to Florida State and be on-campus for more than a day. It really does suck but... what can ya do! The first and last time I visited FSU was for my dance audition, which obviously went well because... here I am! And if you're wondering why in the world a dance major is taking a computer class... well long story short, I'm not a dance major anymore! Covid kind of ruined that too for me, but it's okay because I

A little less babble, a little more tattle.

HEYOOOO!!! Paola's in the house!!! Can I get an OWA OWA!!! Ok stop... note to self: try to be less cringey. Got it. Moving swiftly along... Today I will legitimately try to not right as much. I just get so carried away with myself and I start babbling like there'd be no tomorrow and I have to just vomit out every single thought that's living rent-free in my brain. But that's not the case because we will have tomorrow, and we will certainly have many more blog posts... so from now on I'll try my best to space out my babbling in a progressive manner that might be a bit less annoying. Thoughts? Yes. I completely agree. Glad we're on the same page... but one thing you should know about me is that I'm really good at breaking the promises that should be broken.  I failed. I'm babbling. UGH JUST LET ME BABBLE!  On a more serious note... COPYRIGHT! Now what is it exactly? Well to put it simple it's kind of like this permission slip that safeguards people

Techy things!

^Class Website  Hey there! We're back and better than ever! Blog journal #7 let's jump right right into it shall we :D So for classroom websites I found a pretty neat one that seems to be a great example of a website I'd find exemplary to have as a teacher in the future! Here it is! The website displays an assortment of awesome things and learning tools that are organized for easy access to students and/or parents! On the website you can find, weekly newsletters, student learning bloggings, fun activities and challenges, special events/important info to keep up with, research resources, assignments, books to explore, designated topics for each day of the week... ex: Monday Readings, Wednesday Math, Quick-write Fridays etc. The website is so easy to navigate and I love how engaging it is by promoting these fun learning interactions like math and reading challenges! The student blog posts are also a huge plus because every student has their own and the parents of said studen
